Rudy North is President and founder of North Growth Management Ltd. He started the company in
1998 with one Fund, the US Equity Fund, and the desire to manage money according to his
“growth at a reasonable price” philosophy that he had been using and developing for over
three decades.
Rudy is also one of the founders of Phillips, Hager & North Investment Management Ltd., and
has devoted his investment skills almost entirely to the management of US equity portfolios
since 1970. He started what was known as the Phillips, Hager & North US Special Equity
Fund, in October 1992. The Fund has since been renamed the North Growth US Equity
Fund.
