Thank you for your patience and support during these unprecedented times. In March, we temporarily closed our office in light of COVID-19, but today, since June 1st, we are happy to welcome you back as the office is again open. At this time, to ensure safe distancing, meetings will be scheduled on a by appointment only basis.

Above all, the health and safety of our clients and team members remains our top priority. Accordingly, we have developed enhanced COVID safety measures. We have increased cleaning and sanitization protocols, including providing hand sanitizer upon entry at the reception area, daily disinfecting of high touch surfaces, practicing good hygiene, and maintaining physical distancing in the office.

As per the directives issued by our building manager, Hudson Pacific Properties, visitors are strongly urged to wear face coverings (non-medical masks) in the common areas of Bentall Centre, which include the lobby and elevators. For your safety, we encourage that all in-person meetings take place during the building’s non-peak rush hour windows—between 10 am and 12 pm, and 1 pm and 3 pm.

The team is currently operating effectively in a hybrid work model as we remain focused on staying grounded in our Growth at a Reasonable Price investment philosophy.
